I've designed this site to serve two purposes—to introduce myself and my practice, and to provide a workroom with tools for current clients. Because my work with individuals, partners and organizations is highly customized, the overviews presented here are intended to be brief. What I most look forward to is having the opportunity to talk with you personally.

When I launched my consulting and coaching practice in 1993, I blended three knowledge bases: my academic training, the experience of being coached by top practitioners, and 25+ years in public, private and early-stage businesses, including senior executive assignments. The past ten years of matching force with a diverse group of clients has dramatically expanded my capabilities. I love working beside clients as they take the risks to grow individually and collectively. Through applied knowledge, shared process and committed partnership, we create a powerful resource for growth.
